Vectari is an independent software company. We build one platform for sports academies, so coaches spend their time coaching and families always know what is next.
Why we exist
Academies deserve better than WhatsApp and a spreadsheet.
Most academies run on WhatsApp for bookings, a diary or spreadsheet for the schedule, bank transfers for money and a website built once and rarely touched. It works until the second coach, the first juniors or the owner's first holiday.
Vectari connects it: the first enquiry, the booking, the lesson, the feedback and the next booking, on one record for each person, under the academy's own name.
Who we are
We build the software. You run the academy.
Vectari is a software company. We do not coach, take bookings for ourselves or list academies against each other. Your students and families are yours, on your website, under your name.
- Your name on the door. Your logo, colours and domain on the website and the app. Vectari is a quiet line in the footer.
- Your families stay yours. No marketplace and no other academies' offers. Export your records whenever you want.
- We see only what you allow. Vectari support looks at your academy only after you approve, for a set time, and you see every page they open.
