Terms of use
Last updated 31 October 2026
About these terms
Vectari is an independent company that provides its software to golf academies, and through them to their coaches, students and parents. By creating an account or signing in you agree to these terms. Your academy may have its own terms for lessons, prices and cancellations; Vectari shows those rules but the academy sets them.
Your account
- Give your real name and an email address you use. Keep your password to yourself and sign out of shared devices.
- A parent or guardian who adds a junior confirms they are allowed to act for that child.
- Tell your academy straight away if you think someone else has used your account.
Using Vectari properly
- Book only lessons you mean to attend, and cancel through Vectari when you cannot.
- Upload photos and video only with the consent the student or guardian has given.
- Do not try to see other people's information, break the service, or use it to harass anyone.
Lessons and payments
Lessons are agreed between you and your academy. A booking is a request until the coach confirms it. Payments are made to the academy as it tells you; Vectari does not take card payments.
The service
We work to keep Vectari available and your information safe, but we cannot promise it will never be interrupted. We may improve or change features; we will tell academies before making a change that affects how they work.
Ending your use
You can stop using Vectari at any time and ask your academy to remove your information, as set out in the privacy notice. An academy may close an account that breaks these terms.
Contact
Questions about these terms go to your academy, which passes on anything for Vectari to answer. These terms are governed by the law of South Africa.
